Introduction

During the COVID lockdown, the concept of Lambat was conceived while in the company of my uncles. While in the living room, we observed that some of the light bulbs were faulty.


In an attempt to find online platforms that sold lighting products and delivered promptly, we searched to no avail.


As a result, we recognized a gap in the market and conceived the idea of an e-commerce website that would serve as a platform for numerous lighting companies in Kuwait to exhibit and sell their lighting products.

My Role




As a team member of Lambat, I have been privileged to contribute to the company’s success. Through my efforts, I have actively participated in the website development process, collaborated with app developers, and provided suggestions for enhancing the user experience.

I have also been instrumental in forming new client relationships, expanding brand awareness, and conducting market research surveys that have contributed to the company’s strategic decision-making.


Additionally, I have provided consultative services to clients to improve our business operations, and my inventory control reports have helped prevent stockouts, leading to improved supply chain management.


Goal


At Lambat, our primary goal was to provide a wide range of good quality lighting products to our customers efficiently. To achieve this, we constructed a user-friendly website that offers easy access for people to purchase all their lighting-related products conveniently.


Our target audience includes households, business owners, and corporates who are in need of reliable and efficient lighting solutions.


The website offers an easy-to-use interface that enables our customers to browse through a wide range of lighting products, compare prices and features, and make informed purchasing decisions.


The website is designed to provide a one-stop-shop for lighting-related products, offering a diverse range of high-quality products to households, business owners, and corporates.
